For businesses paid through Paystack, Flutterwave, Moniepoint and bank transfer

Know where every naira went. Matched to your bank, every morning.

I build software that reconciles your payments, automates the paperwork around them, and only asks a person about the odd ones.

Paid discovery, then a fixed price per phase. You own the code.

Sound familiar?

  • Paystack says we were paid. The bank shows something smaller, a day later.
  • Two people spend every Monday in a spreadsheet. Copying figures software could match overnight.
  • We paid for an app last year. It was never finished.

What you get

Software near your money should ask before it acts. Every system I ship keeps a person in charge.

An exception queue, not a spreadsheet

Every line that does not match gets a reason, so finance works through a short list instead of the whole statement.

A person approves money

Refunds, transfers and payouts wait for a named approver.

Everything is logged

What ran, when, and what it changed.

A report before you sit down

Totals by channel in your inbox every morning.

Your code, your repo

From the first day. NDA on request.

Calculator

What manual matching costs you. Count the people and the hours.

The estimate uses their pay for those hours only. Money lost to unmatched payments comes on top.

Example: 2 people spending 10 hours a week each, paid ₦300,000 a month.

₦150,173 a month

₦1,802,081 a year in staff time.

How I work

Small steps you can see. No big upfront bet.

  1. 01

    Free ops audit

A 30-minute call about your payment channels, tools and where the hours go.

  2. 02

    Proposal in 48 hours

What I would build first, what it costs, and how we will know it worked.

  3. 03

    Build in phases

A fixed price for each phase, paid at milestones, with a demo every week.

  4. 04

Launch, then 30 days of fixes

I stay on after launch. A monthly care plan is available once we know the system.

Pricing

Paid discovery, then a fixed price per phase. Each phase covers the data sources we agreed.

About

I'm Joseph Chinedu, a software engineer in Nigeria. I have spent my career building payment systems: reconciliation engines, payouts, lending and payroll software.

I started Afrika T-Tech because the same problem kept showing up everywhere I worked. Money comes in through five channels, the bank statement says something else, and good people spend days making the numbers agree. That work should be software.

Questions

How much does it cost?

Most work starts with a Recon Health Check at a fixed price (₦350,000$350). I map your payment channels, measure what is unmatched today, and give you a fixed price for each phase. You can stop after the check and keep the report.

How long does a build take?

A first working version usually takes two to six weeks, depending on how many channels and banks are involved. You see progress every week.

Who owns the code?

You do. It lives in your own repository from the first day, with the documentation to run it without me.

What happens if something breaks after launch?

The first 30 days of fixes are included. After that, a monthly care plan or help when you need it.

Do you work outside Nigeria?

Yes. Most of my experience is with Nigerian payment rails, but I work with clients anywhere and can invoice in US dollars.

How do I pay?

In naira or US dollars, by bank transfer, in milestones tied to each phase.

Tell me where the money gets lost. I reply within one working day with what I would fix first and what it would cost.
